Our History
In 2006, Four Star Title Co. purchased Runnels County Title Co.
located in Ballinger, Texas. We later expanded our operations, by creating a coleman county title company, as well. Both title plants consist of digital records, maintained at our local offices in both Winters, Texas, and Ballinger, Texas. We are both, a Runnels County Title Company, and a Coleman County Title Company. We work not only from an in house plant
containing the Runnels County Records, but also cooperate with
outside title companies to complete work provided to us from other
areas of the state. Aside from the county courthouse, Four Star Title
Co. maintains the most current and computerized records in the
area. This allows us to serve our customers in the most prompt and
professional manner possible.

Four Star Title Co. was founded on the idea that the most important
goal of any title company should be: to efficiently provide accurate
information accompanied by outstanding customer service, thereby
facilitating the closing process. This includes supplying rapid
information return to help customers make knowledgeable
decisions. We believe that a title company should never be the
cause of delay in completing a transaction.

Four Star Title Co. services include Title Insurance Policies,
Abstracts and Escrow Closings. We look forward to working with you
and your customers.
